this book features a collection of "100+3 swiss posters" from the collection of grahic designer siegfried odermatt (*1926, see previous story). odermatt also designed the book. sorry for the reflection in the photo of the jacket – it's because of the ingenious brodart protectors i keep them in, and i usually don't bother to take them off for the photo ...

the glossy jacket's circles are repeated on the black cloth cover – embossed and therefore only faintly visible in the photo.

the unusual title spread lists the name of the featured poster artists.

note the curly braces – on the left it is used for the dedication "für/pour/for rosemarie".

like in book 413 odermatt used futura for german, bodoni for french, and gill sans for english.

the book is a "who's who" in modern swiss poster design. note the table of contents, with names and round portrait photos.

each designer is featured with photo, signature, bio, and poster example(s) – above karl gerstner (also among the numerous text contributors), below maria vieira (with a poster related to story 137).
