we have come across the yearbooks of the swiss skiing association before – see the 1938 issue in story 190. here four later examples from 1955-1958.

the yearbooks were edited by ssv president (and director of the bernese oberland tourist board) godi a. michel (dates?), ...

... while the typography of all four is credited to werner mühlemann (*1917), a bern-based graphic designer. mühlemann employs a modernist style, however in a somewhat different flavour for each issue.

the 1956 issue covers the winter olympics in cortina d'ampezzo.

some photo pages show a typically swiss grid layout pattern – the spread above even leaves a white center space in the shape of a swiss cross! – , others are more freely arranged.
