this jacket for an educational book on astronomy reminds of richard paul lohse's similar designs for the büchergilde gutenberg, e.g. book 280.
if you look closely, you notice that the spine title is not aligned with the spine, ...
... and also the flaps reveal that the jacket was actually not properly folded! (i have seen other copies with this fault.)
how this jacket was meant to look like can be seen in a reproduction from book 88, ...

... nelly rudin (*1930) who worked for ...
... geigy and müller-brockmann' studio in the 1950s.
however the cover and inside pages are in a traditional typographical style, not by rudin.
