the booklet is a typical example of 1950s swiss style with large akzidenz-grotesk titles.
the illustrations feature geometrical (red) female and (blue) male figures symbolising the problems (black round shadow, also on the cover) of working women.
the final illustration stands for the "goal": ...
... man and woman in harmony – black shadow replaced by radiating white light.
