this small, square brochure was published at the occasion of the "saffa 1958", an exhibition of swiss working women in zürich – see book story 194.

... and designed by elisabeth dietschi (*1926, see also story 195). in the 1950s dietschi had been part of geigy's graphic design team. ...

the booklet is a typical example of 1950s swiss style with large akzidenz-grotesk titles.

the illustrations feature geometrical (red) female and (blue) male figures symbolising the problems (black round shadow, also on the cover) of working women.
