this is one of several book published by max niehans in zürich in the 1930s that was banned in germany by the nazi government.

ralf kornmann's (dates?) book i bought because of its nice and colourful asymmetric cover design, complete with bellyband.

i don't know anything about the author, and i also haven't read or even leafed through the book since – as you can see – it is in virtually new condition with the uncut pages unopened.
