  Does anyone know why this set has not been reprinted? Is there a rights issue with the original owner/publisher? It would seem a great thing to republish for students. Maybe someone such as Taschen will do so.

  those ebay copies start at $449 and $499 each - i doubt that someone will pay that much (but you never know).
