josef müller-brockmann (1914-1996) designed many (now famous) posters for concerts and theatre events in zürich.
but also the progamme brochures were often designed by the "atelier müller-brockmann", like this one.for the traditional zürich june festival of 1962.
classic swiss typography: multi-column layout, akzidenz-grotesk titles, grid-based photo placement.
the original owner of this brochure had asked some of the artists to sign their photos in the booklet.
the ad section is also very "swiss": look at this "constructive" advert for a bank, using bold rules.
