an other issue of the dutch magazine featured in story 274.

several well known modernists designed the covers. this one is supposed to be by gerrit thomas rietveld (1888-1964), although he is not credited in the magazine.

rietveld was a member of "de stijl" and best known for his mondrian-like chair and the schröder house.

a poem by dutch writer jan engelman (1900-1972) is set in experimental typography.

also the book ad on the back is in a modernist vein.
