a 1945 kunstgewerbemuseum zürich catalogue, for an exhibition on film. the signature "butz" on the cover refers to graphic artist and stage designer fritz butz (1909-1989, see also story 516).
the catalogue includes texts by art historians georg schmidt (1896-1965) and werner schmalenbach (*1920). the exhibition texts and photos were later made into a larger, illustrated book – see story 80.
