in the 1930s, the swiss tourist industry was open to a modernist design approach for its promotional material. now be prepared for an entire "avalanche" of travel brochures and tourist magazines.
here we have a pamphlet, bearing a rather unusual title: "the butterfly of grisons", with the drawing of a brimstone butterfly on the front.
the flyer is promoting a journey through the canton of graubünden (grisons), visualised on the wide format with street map and photos.
texts are german and french, in sansserif type.
