in story 739 we came across a '30s tourist pamphlet for wengen in the bernese oberland.

intersting to compare their design.

this one is credited to "steiner, dr. zahnd": photographer and grahic designer heiri steiner (1906-1983) trained with ernst keller in zürich and oskar hadank in berlin before starting his own studio in zurich, working together with ernst a. heiniger.

steiner/heiniger are jointly listed in the photo credits which also mention jakob tuggener.

dr. c. zahnd, secretary of the wengen tourist organisation, was involved in the design of numerous posters and brochures for this destination.
